Everyday Tantra is about turning everyday life into a vibrant and conscious experience, where groundedness, connection, harmony and passion coexist. With a series of meditative practices that align your inner energies, enhance your presence, and awaken your ability to live orgasmically.
Whether you're new to tantra or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers grounding experiences that inspire and invigorate.
Why live a tantric life?
Tantra means expansion of consciousness and energy. It is intrinsic to our most inner nature because life is possible through energy union, and from this born life, to evolve into love & presence.
Tantra is a style of life that invites us to embrace life with a holistic approach, integrating personal & professional aspects, as well, opening to a more natural, sincere, and depth intimacy within and in our relations with others, that includes conscious sexuality, heart to heart connections, and bringing the quality of presence in our daily life.
Week 1, Wednesday, Jan. 15th
"Grounding into Your Natural Presence"
Begin your journey by connecting deeply with your own presence. Through the “Beyond Dimension Meditation,” expand your energy from your core to the limitless sky, embracing the four winds. This session will lay the foundation for experiencing life with a heightened sense of awareness and balance.
Week 2, Wednesday, Jan. 22nd
“Breathing into Your Cosmic Blueprint”
Explore the profound connection between breath and energy with a guided breathwork session. Allow the Spiral of Life meditation to harmonize the rhythm and vibration of each cell in your body. Experience an intimate understanding of your chakra channels and learn techniques to nurture your relationships through mindful breathing.
Week 3, Wednesday, Jan. 29th
“Reconnecting with Your Skin”
Dive into the sensory world with meditations that enhance your tactile awareness. Learn to create sacred environments for love and creativity, and understand the nuances of caressing with anatomical awareness. This session invites you to melt into your skin, fostering deeper intimacy and connection with yourself and others.
Week 4, Wednesday, Feb. 5th
“The Art of Living Tantrically”
Conclude your journey with powerful meditations from The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Engage in the “Third Eye Meditation” to elevate your vibration, and immerse in the “Ocean Meditation” to unify your inner and outer worlds. This final session synthesizes your experiences, empowering you to live with heightened consciousness and joy.

Why am I offering this?
Because I want to share the immense benefits that meditation & tantra can bring to your life.
Since I was a teenager, I have been experiencing meditation and tantra as my lifestyle, not as something abstract, rather than something very palpable.
After working with people for more than 20 years in the psychotherapy and trauma healing area. I have the realisation that therapy supports you to be free from past wounds, and Tantra gives you the pathway to transform these emotional wounds into joy, compassion and wisdom. It guides you to embrace the life energy that is vibrant in each cell of your body. Meditation anchors your awareness in the present moment, becoming a loving alive presence.
Here's what you need to prepare for the journey:
- To have a private space during the session. If you are doing it with a partner, you both create a private space together.
- To wear loose clothing to support your comfort and ability to move.
- A zoom account to access the online room.
- To open the session on a computer screen so you can watch the bigger picture, not on a mobile phone.
- If you want to improve sounds, you can plug a speaker into your computer.
- To have a yoga mat, a chair, or comfortable cushion.
- To have water to drink.
- To have a notebook and coloured pen so you can record your Tantra journey.

This journey is open to everybody who feels called to attend. For singles and solo people who desire to connect more deeply to themselves, as well as couples who want to deepen intimacy together.
All sessions take place online (on zoom) from 19:00 to 21:00 GMT UK time.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that plans can change. If you cancel before January 5th you will receive a 50% refund on the amount you have paid.
